Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to cities and towns all over India where trusted courier services. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Pin Code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth & efficient.
Shipping In India
Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to. If you require products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
Transit Time
We ship all orders through the fastest possible & reputed courier services that deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location. These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 4-7 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the end of the carrier.
Transit & Charges
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
Return Of Shipments
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of TCS Silks. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of TCS Silks, the entire shipping cost must be borne with customers. Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also, courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
Conditions:
In case of extraordinary circumstances, TCS Silks cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.
